Book a No-Sweat Intro

Fill out the form and a member of our team will reach out to get you started with a free intro session at the gym in Youngstown. We can't wait to hear from you!

Tour the Gym, Meet a Coach & Make a Plan

During your free introductory session at the gym, one of our coaches will provide a comprehensive tour and introduce you to the CrossFit classes and other workout programs available at Train Station. We will also dedicate time to building an understanding of your current fitness level and goals in order to best support you in achieving them.

Sign Up & Start Training

One of our team members will help you choose the membership that's best for you so you can start signing up for classes and witness the real results as you progress. We're so excited to have you join us on your fitness journey here at The Train Station Fitness!
